OIC Welcomes Formation of Syria’s New Government

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) welcomed the formation of the new Syrian government, the Saudi Press Agency said on Tuesday.

OIC Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha congratulated both the Syrian government and its people, emphasizing the OIC’s commitment to supporting Syria through this pivotal moment in its history.

He reiterated the organization's dedication to assisting Syria in its political transition, ensuring that it proceeds peacefully and securely.
