Raphael Veiga scored twice as Palmeiras overcame a 3-0 first-leg deficit to beat LDU Quito 4-3 on aggregate and reach the Copa Libertadores final on Thursday.
The result at Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo means Palmeiras will meet Flamengo in an all-Brazilian final at Lima's Monumental Stadium on November 29.
Paraguay international winger Ramon Sosa gave Palmeiras the lead on the night with a glancing header after Allan's cross from the right flank.
The hosts struck again before halftime through Bruno Fuchs, whose first-time effort after Vitor Roque's headed pass gave goalkeeper Alexander Dominguez no chance.
The visitors defended resolutely in the early stages of the second half but Raphael Veiga broke their resistance in the 68th minute by deftly controlling Roque's pass before firing in from point-blank range.
Veiga made it 4-3 on aggregate with an 82nd-minute penalty after Allan was fouled by Carlos Gruezo.
LDU Quito looked a shadow of the team that dominated last week's first leg, managing less than a third of possession and having just two shots on target.
The final will be a repeat of the 2021 decider, when Palmeiras beat Flamengo 2-1 at Montevideo's Estadio Centenario. It marks the fifth time in the past six years that two Brazilian clubs will contest the final.
Both finalists are aiming to win South American football's premier club trophy for a fourth time. Palmeiras won in 1999, 2020 and 2021 while Flamengo triumphed in 1981, 2019 and 2022.
