Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and his Kuwaiti counterpart Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a telephone conversation on Thursday to discuss regional developments and ongoing efforts to address them.
According to Kuwait's Foreign Ministry, the two ministers also condemned recent Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait.
During the call, both sides reaffirmed Kuwait's full right to take all necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty, maintain its security and stability, and protect its citizens and residents.
The discussion underscored continued coordination between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait on regional security issues amid ongoing tensions in the Gulf region.
