An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 33 km east-southeast of Sarangani, Philippines at 2051 GMT Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 35.0 km, was initially determined to be at 5.28 degrees north latitude and 125.74 degrees east longitude.
