Kuwait's Interior Ministry announced that recreational fishing boats and recreational vessels will be allowed to sail around the clock without restrictions starting tomorrow (Sunday).

The ministry said the decision was taken after assessing the current situation and aims to allow marine enthusiasts to enjoy their activities during both daytime and nighttime while maintaining the security and safety of maritime navigation.

It urged all sea users to strictly follow designated sailing areas shown on approved maps and avoid approaching oil installations, vital facilities and restricted zones, while warning against sailing in the area between the north and northeast of Failaka Island and the south of Bubiyan Island due to its importance for national security and maritime safety.
